Stand Up with Heidi Klum and Strike a Pose for Cancer Research

May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month.  Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States.  Melanoma is the most common form of cancer for young adults 25-29 years old and the second most common form of cancer for young people 15-29 years old.  If You Can Spot It You Can Stop It!  Perform a self examination regularly and if you have any uncertainty go see your doctor!

Heidi Klum is instantly recognizable as a super model, television personality, and business woman. I was thumbing through a magazine in a waiting room recently and came across an interview with the gorgeous German model. One of the questions she was asked was how does she, as a busy mom, keep her skin looking fresh.

Her answer was getting plenty of sleep and getting a spray on tan. Heidi explained that she likes to get a spray tan before events to add that extra oomph. She likes the way a spray on tan looks. It just goes to show that whether you’re a super model mom or an everyday person, spray tanning is a great way to boost the look of your skin the safe way!
